hc that when azul and riddle first start dating officially, they want to keep it secret, but it's frustrating to not stake their claims refer to each other as boyfriends in public. they decide they need a way to circumvent this.

with trey's help, riddle heads an initiative to supply the mostro lounge with strawberry tarts and other sweet treats (perhaps this starts as a valentine's day exclusive, but it proves to be so popular that it expands from there). in return, azul gives heartslabyul a cut of the profits that riddle very publicly invests in better croquet equipment, lounge furniture, tea sets, etc.

now, azul and riddle are often seen together in public. everybody else assumes they're discussing their latest business ventures, and don't bat an eye when they refer to each other as their partner.
