@redheadliss
A bar on the east side. It had become his rock. It was also where he hustled. Pool. Poker. Anything. In his world, he never would have had to dip so low for resources, but after paying to get his new suit made and weapons with the money that he technically had when he fell into this universe, it was going to dry up eventually. Talia and the League didn’t exist over here. So he needed a new lifeline. Considering his talents and for the time being, this was the best he could come up with. Jason smirked as he won yet another round of pool and took the money that was sitting on the side of the table. He glanced up towards the entrance of the bar as he started to count and a familiar tone of red hair caught his eye.
It was enough to make him look twice and nearly dropped the money in his hands when he caught sight of the figure through the glass windows walking by the front of the bar. He stuffed the money into his pocket and pushed people out of his way to get out of the crowded bar. Stepping onto the sidewalk, Jason watched the woman for a moment, sure that it was her. “Liss?” Just saying her name made his stomach drop.
