Commander of the Week
Karador, Ghost Chieftain
When this creature was first released in the Commander sets, I thought Ghave, Guru of Spores would make a better commander (Which in some cases he does). But the number of combos you can cram into this deck make him worth running. His ability means he can come out for the same cost each time regardless of how many times he is killed. His other ability is what makes him worth playing though. Unless your opponent is running a lot of exile or graveyard hate this deck can quite easily outgun most other commanders.
Why Won’t you Die?
Thanks to the commander and graveborn sets there has been a fair bit of reanimator fodder lately. Not to mention lots of ETB effects that really take advantage of the re-entering effect. Creatures such as Sheoldred, Whispering One, Karmic Guide and Reveillark are must haves in this deck as they allow you to return things from the graveyard directly to the battlefield. Karmic Guide and Reveillark Combo very well together and with creatures like Gray Merchant of Asphodel for infinite life loss. Eternal Witness is definitely needed for return of spells such as Reanimate, Victimize and Animate Dead. Reanimator decks can really take advantage of the Dredge ability found on creatures such as Stinkweed Imp and spells such as Life from the Loam though if you take the self mill route it’s probably best to put in a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to make sure you don’t go overboard. A Crucible of Worlds would go amiss either.
Card Draw and Sac Outlets
This deck works much faster with card draw and sac outlets. Cards like Deathreap Ritual and Greater Good would be great because they allow you to sacrifice creatures off at instant speed, to avoid exile or set off activated/triggered abilities, and allow you to draw cards in return. Other cards such as Viscera Seer and Altar of Dementia make great sac outlets because they don’t require a cost and can be done at instant speed. Birthing Pod can be used as both a sac outlet and tutor for some of the larger creatures. Grave Pact can be good to make the most of your sac outlets to force your opponents to bin their board state in response to you binning yours and goes very well with Grave Betrayal. Sidisi, Undead Vizier can make another great Sac Outlet/Tutor too and should definitely be considered.
Other Useful Reanimator Stuff
There is so much that could be used in this deck. Ashen Rider, Solemn Simulacrum and Reya Dawnbringer should go in because they can provide some extra reanimation, land tutoring, card draw and repetitive permanent exile. Riftsweeper makes it possible to return your exiled stuff to your library so then it can be found again with Rune-Scarred Demon or Sidisi, Undead Vizier. Sun Titan combos well with Gift of Immortality and Altar of Dementia for infinite mill. Rise of the Dark Realms or Magister of Worth could make a useful win con to recur your graveyard and swarm your opponents, especially if you have a cheeky Craterhoof Behemoth hiding in there.
And Finally...
Nothing Special landwise, Emeria, the Sky Ruin could be useful if your running enough plains perhaps. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth could be useful with Sheoldred for Swampwalk. Murmuring Bosk is another great land that is a forest but can tap for the other 2 colours at the price of 1 damage. There are many horrible things you can do with karador so i’ll post my version soon. until next week. Happy Deck Building.

Can I target a General in the Command Zone with Riftsweeper?
No.
The command zone isn't the exile zone.
