I never understand skipping seasons, at least for a first watch of something but also I genuinely really enjoyed seasons 1-3? Like from On Here I got this impression it would be just spinning wheels mediocre until Cas showed up but there's so much important character development for Sam & Dean there and I just love the overall vibes of that era.
RIGHT like seasons 1-3 are....actually genuinely very fun? the core of the show? 2 bros hunt monster? every time i do a rewatch i’m waiting for cas to show up but that doesnt make it like.....not a really enjoyable media experience? thats where the boys come from thats where the world comes from the vibes are IMPECCABLE. some of the best eps of the show are from the early seasons
