i want to write a fic

ok so it's a peggy sue fic bc i am peggy sue trash

korra and asami have their vacation in the spirit world. when they try to return to the material world, their memories (spirits?) are sent back to a point during the events of book 1 (i haven't decided exactly when, maybe around ep4 or ep5)

i have some rough ideas, eg

korra uses her new understanding of people, as well as her knowledge of tarrlock+noatak's backstory, in her dealings with amon

korra's connection to the precious avatars remains severed

korra and asami work with tenzin and lin to address nonbenders' grievances. as a result, tarrlok accuses korra, tenzin, and/or lin of being equalist sympathizers

asami avoids her father at first but she eventually tries to nudge him away from equalism

in an effort to stop amon from working in the open, korra and asami prevent the investigation of future industries + the probending match where amon makes his first strike. *insert caveat*

i'm not sure who i want to be let fully in the know but i'm tossing around all their allies, especially tenzin, lin, mako, and bolin. POSSIBLY hiroshi if he and asami hit a breaking point

asami breaks up with mako asap

i'm not sure how book 1 mako would react to korrasami, especially since, from his perspective, korra and asami don't even know each other. bolin is confused but supportive. i'm not sure if/when they're made aware of the future timeline.

book 2???????? korra KOs unalaq and opens the portals ??

anyway i dont know how to write lol
