The Doctor, and the new companions

"I'm sorry what?" Leila's voice came through the line. "Can you repeat that?"

"It's not very hand to understand. But alright. This is The Doctor, in my TARDIS in front of your house. oh, and I have a friend of yours here. Do you know the same Isabel? I'm sure you do. Okay we'll step out a but waiting for you. If my co-ordinates are right we should be right in front of your place. Now hurry up we have all the time ever to look at." The Doctor hung up the phone. "Time to meet your friend Isabel. Your going to need a nickname, something fun." He led the way out of the TARDIS on to the quiet street.

They looked over to the house, and through the kitchen window they could see a flicker of movement. A moment later the front door opened and a sort haired girl ran out. "It's real?" A voice rang out. "Holy shit. I mean wow... I just.. Wow." The girl walked over. "Isabel? Birdie? Oh my god!" She ran over and hugged Isabel tightly. "I can't believe it's you."

"Leila?" Isabel hugged her back.

"Yes, well then. I'm The Doctor, are you rea-"

"I know who you are. You introduced yourself on the phone, and not many others travel in a blue police box."

"Well then shall we be going?"

"Of course Doctor." Leila grabbed Isabel's hand and showed her the similar neckless around her neck. "Allons-y!"

"Geronimo!" Isabel laughed.

All three walked into the TARDIS.

"Well hey," Leila nudged Isabel. "It is bigger on the inside."

The Doctor grinned as he circled the control panel. "All of time and space girls. Where do you want to go first?"

Isabel grins, hugging Leila tightly. This is actually happening, it's actually real, oh my god. She can't stop smiling as Leila shows her the necklace, her own resting over her tshirt, and they enter the TARDIS together. "Everyone always says that," she says, smiling a bit. She thinks for a moment. "I don't know...what do you think?" she asks, turning to Leila.

(This is making me want to cry... I WANT TO MEET YOU SO BAD) "Then off we go!" The Doctor started to press and flipped switches. "You may want to hold on." The TARDIS set off. Isabel held tightly to the rail to avoid being tossed around. "And here we are!" The TARDIS jolted to a stop. The Doctor headed to the door before stopping. "Maybe we should surprise her with a call." He picked up the TARDIS phone. Isabel could hear a ringing. "Hello?" Came a questioning voice. "Hello this is The Doctor."

(I WANNA MEET YOU TOO. Do you want to write you, or should I?) Isabel holds on tightly as the TARDIS moves, surprisingly staying upright as it jolts to a stop. She starts toward the door with the Doctor before following him back and standing beside him as he calls her. Her hand automatically moves up to the necklace she wore every day (aside from the short period it was broken), rolling the blue beads to calm the nerves. She can't stop smiling as she hears Leila's voice through the phone.

The Doctor smiled and clapped his hands. "Well Isabel maybe we'll pay your friend a visit. Just so long as the both of you are brilliant and ready to run!" The Doctor grabs her hand and pulls her into the TARDIS. "I know she's brilliant. My TARDIS, my beautiful girl. So," The Doctor spins around energetically. "Do we want to explore a bit and test the ground or fetch your friend Leila?" (Hi Isabel I love you)

"She is brilliant. The TARDIS, and Leila," she says, grinning as she turns in a small circle, looking around. As many times as it had been said, it was bigger on the inside, and it almost felt alive. It did. "I think I'd like to get Leila first." She had been wanting to meet her for a long time, and she turns to the Doctor, still not quite believing this. If it was a dream, she didn't want to wake up. (hi if it's not obvious I love you too)

(It’s not really a fic but shh) “Well hello Isabel, its The Doctor. I’ve been traveling around quite a bit by myself and I’ve been feeling lonely. I was wondering if you’d like to travel with me? I know it’s short notice, and I understand it you don’t want to come… But it would be nice. I can’t promise it would be safe. But we would have all of time and space. What do think? Want to see the stars? Anywhere you want to go. Where do we start?”
