Stefán Karl's 50th - Day 3

I have seen but clips and snippets of this role, but I can bet Stefán as the Grinch must have been a SPECTACULAR performance! Here's my attempt of capturing some of that energy in the form of a drawing!

This was admittedly one of the most fun drawings I've ever made, it made me smile all the way through making it. The drawing is largely based on this brilliant photo of Stefán that I used as reference:

Stefán Karl's 50th - Day 10

I'll be posting the prompts for days 4-9 later on, I've been very busy with work stuff, but figured this was a day I wanted to post on "in time".

Stefán Karl's 50th birthday.

A weird sense of sorrow fills me on this day, but also a certain kind of hope and even joy. Joy over the times we got to share with him, everything Stefán's ever worked on and done - it all follows us even when he's not here anymore. Even when I'm gloomy, I can't but smile. Smile because it happened, as they say. The shadow of sadness will always yield before the light he still brings to our lives.

In his honor I decided to bring a candle and some hand-picked flowers to a memorial of loved ones who rest eternally elsewhere. It felt like something to do on this big day.

I'm not certain if I've seen this take anywhere around the fandom but I just watched Regína (2001) and I got a thought

I've been insanely obsessed with Lazy Town (and Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ) lately! Is the fandom still even somewhat alive?

Hi there!

Name's Armas. I'm not entirely new to the Lazy Town fandom, it's the third wave of this interest actually and it's hitting super strong rn so I figured I'd wanna make the most of it!

I post art and more related to Lazy Town and Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ (1999). I'm also a self-shipper (Robbie and Glanni are my f/o's) and I may introduce my writing and art for that as well if I get brave enough!

Some art I made in honor of Stefán Karl Stefánsson. Can't believe it's already been 6 years since he left 💔 He'll always be number one and I'll never stop missing him
