What do you think of Fate/staynight Unlimited Blade Works series so far? I personally am stoked to see it get a full series as the movie was great. Also are you watching any other fall anime?

I’m loving it, Renee! I’ve become such a big Ufotable fan, so I was definitely anticipating this series, and I have not been let down so far (the difference in quality between UBW and the original FSN anime are so vast I can barely compare) - and I’m not even a fan to the level of people like japesland, who are really into Type-Moon stuff.

I ended up dropping some shows I liked (ex. Laughing Under the Clouds) just for lack of time.  The same might happen with Parasyte.  But I’m pretty committed to a few - Your Lie in April (LOVING IT), Celestial Method, Unlimited Blade Works, of course, and the remaining episodes of SAO 2.  I also watched the first episode of Akame ga Kill to see what the fuss is all about it, and I might catch up with that if I can find the time.

No, not at all!  Here are a few more favorites:

freenemu - Lindsey’s a wonderful person and a great follow! She likes all sorts of anime, but Bleach in particular.

jennink - Jenni inbues a lot of her great personality into her posts. She also runs a cosplay blog separate from Tumblr, so she’s a great follow for that subject.

potatoprinceuniverse - Paul enjoys a lot of great anime that isn’t necessarily popular on Tumblr, so you might expand your horizons by following him. Also, nice cars.

riko-chan-san - Renee runs one of the best multi-fandom blogs I follow.  She has a real eye for terrific posts about anime, especially currently running ones.

natalonia - Maddi posts a lot of anime, but she also posts all manner of things Tumblr.  Plus, SUPER nice.

(If you have seen it) What did you think of the ending of Madoka Rebellion Movie?

I did! Thankfully, a local theater screened it during it’s North American release, and I made it to a show. 

In short, I thought it was amazing.  The animation was of course, amazing, and the story was really interesting - I liked how it spurs discussion about the nature of love.

Are you excited for season 2? Any hints at the shenanigans Nagisa is going to drag you into?

"S-season 2? I'm not really sure what that is supposed to refer to. However, if you are talking about the upcoming school year then I'm sure Nagisa-kun has plenty of plans.He always seems to have some crazy plan that involves me." Rei sighed, thinking of all the headaches the blonde gave him.

"He's also coming over to my house later so we can go pick up a few things around town. Hopefully he won't drool on me on the train ride, b-but I guess I don't really mind too much if he wants u-use my s-shoulder to sleep on."

Cute? I was going for more of an exquisite and beautiful look. Well I guess the picture of Nagisa could be seen as cu- I mean... well.. that is....nevermind.

1. What is the worst job you have ever had/ why?

I worked as a cook at Long John Silver's in high school (and not for very long).  I really enjoyed my co-workers, but the work was just extremely hard.  My parents always taught me how hard restaurant work was, but I didn't understand until that experience!

2. Naruto (including N.Shippuden) or Bleach/ why?

That's a tough one...I would say Naruto, because I find it more emotionally involving.

3. What part of the world are you from?

I'm American-born and raised, though my ancestry goes back to Europe and Korea.

4. Worst anime you have watched in 2013?

I drop all anime I don't like as soon as I start to dislike it.  There's no use wasting time!  So there are probably about a dozen anime I could fit into this category.  The worst anime I completed plan to complete from 2013 was Little Busters.

5. Favourite moment that happened in an anime?

Oooh, that's tough - there are so many great moments!  I don't have a favorite, I don't think, though the confession scene in the Love Hina Christmas special sticks out to me at the moment.

6. Most useless item you have ever bought and why you bought it in the first place?

I have this jar from Eritrea that kind of does a magic trick with water, but I've long forgotten how to do it, so it just remains hidden away, taking up space.  I purchased it to help fund a friend's mission trip, so it wasn't worthless, even if it's useless.

7. Most ridiculous/elaborate excuse you have used to get out of something?

I'm sure I told some tales back when I was younger, but I can't think of any elaborate ones...

8. Least favourite anime character?

I only have two characters on my dislike list - Lelouch (Code Geass) and Hiro (Ef).  

9. The world is ending pick your anime apocalypse team (Pick 5) 

Okabe and Kurisu (Steins;gate) to build a time machine

Goku (DBZ) for protection

Vash the Stampede (Trigun) for more protection

Haruhi Suzumiya (TMoHS) to wish for something different (and hopefully less melancholy)

10. Best present you received?

Well, I most enjoy the little crafts and drawings my kids make for me, especially those they really spend a lot of time and effort on.
