riku-in-the-dark started following you
Kairi was walking about as her face was being covered by the hood. She too busy in her thoughts to be looking where she was going until she accidentally bumped into someone. She quickly snapped out of her thought to see a silver-hair boy in front of her....
*looks at rest of drafts* *sees they're all rikus* gawd I'm such a riku-whore.
"Sora... Hey. How are you... holding up?"
"Sora…Hey."
For one of the very few times in his life, Sora was silent. Not just silent - but speechless. The sight of Riku … it left the tongue glued to the top of his mouth, it left his throat tight and his feeling of comfort and relaxation to fly right out of the window.
There weren’t even any words that would come to his mind.
So he stood there, staring back at Riku with a deer-in-headlights look, and chilled to the bone.
"But it wasn’t the darkness that was the nightmare. It was you, Riku. You’re the nightmare. You tore our world apart…!” Sora exclaimed, looking hurt and a bit angry. "How could you…?” His voice dropped to a whisper. "How could I forgive you for something like that?”
How could Sora look at Riku after saying something so horrible?
Riku knew it wasn’t him … but the words had still left Sora’s mouth.
And now Sora’s cheeks were burning hot, shame bubbling up inside of him with a fury he hadn’t felt in a few days. He wanted to be a coward, for once - to run away.
How could he say such a thing to his best friend?
”…Hey.” Sora replied, a cautious and wary look on his face - his eyes meeting Riku’s for a brief second before his gaze flickered away. "I, um —" What could he say? That he was good? He wasn’t. He still had nightmares of the demon. Still shut his eyes against the dark of the night. Still feared.
He couldn’t take back what had been done.
"I’m…okay." He murmured quietly, and shifted on his feet. Could he be any more awkward and out of place? Any less him? Riku’d know something was up - that he was lying, or at least not telling the whole truth, but … That didn’t really matter to Sora. He didn’t care about that.
He cared about Riku. And how he was doing.
"Shouldn't I be asking you that question?" He asked, trying for a grin but ending up with a meek imitation of one.
Semi-semi-haitus?
So, so to the people I am roleplaying with: replies are gonna slow down. I pulled something in my wrist over the weekend, now it kinda hurts to type over long periods of time. :/ That, and I DO have to focus on the script I was putting off. Gotta be off-book by next week, oops!
And to the people I was in the middle of plotting with: yeah this is why I vanished. Won't take on any new threads, least for the rest of the week? So yeah, sorry about that. XD

Sora's fingertips trailed faint lines of sulfur on the bark of the tree, and he didn't turn around even when he heard Riku approaching. "Hey," He greeted, nonchalantly, and lifted his head to stare at the sunset. It was pretty, he guessed. If you were into that kind of stuff, anyway. But the sky was a myriad of light pinks and heavy oranges and and faint purples. Not exactly his color palette. He preferred something darker, thicker, colors more visceral and literal in their meaning. Dark red was a good color. Seeing it spill across the walls or the floor, or dribble down someone's lips and through their hands like their bodies were a canvas and he was holding the paintbrush - a bit more sharper at the end and made of steel instead of wood - that was what he appreciated.
Turning around with a smile, looking a bit off but for the most part 'his' usual self, Sora laughed a bit. "And you say I'm the slowpoke."
He wanted to paint this island red, and Riku was just the right person to slice open.

1. Favorite fairy tale character?
Considering that I am writing a story combining the tales of Sweet Porridge, Goldilocks, Little Miss Muffet, and the Rose Tree...well, I don't have a name for my favorite, but I happen to like all these lesser known ones equally.
2. Could you name a movie you don’t mind watching till infinity?

3. Do you enjoy reading non-fiction books as much as fiction books? If so/If not, why?
Oh, of course! Nearly every book I ever picked up, fiction, non-fiction, what have you, they were all very interesting.
4. What was the most recent movie/tv series/book that surprised you with its plot twist?
None that I can remember, I usually figure out the plot of a book or movie or show long before it ends. And I tend to blurt out what I've figured out as well.What I can say, is that the most recent movie I finally watched that I kept spoiler free for and that took a little longer to figure out, was Batman the Dark Knight Rises.
5. Have you ever read a fiction book so good that any subsequent book you read seems to pale in comparison? If so, what is it?
The Alchemist. I'm addicted to that book.
6. What is the best thing you learned from using Tumblr?
Uhm....I learned that...most of my real friends are online
7. Do you think Belle and Rumpelstiltskin will have their child homeschooled? Why or Why not?
Now that you mention it, I do see that to be likely. After all, in the time frame of the world they came from, every important children was homeschooled and had a private tutor. However, pretending that Mayor Belle exists...she would have spent who knows how long running town and watching the children at school. She's probably be thinking, "hmm, this is genius" and decide to sent her own children there once Rumple comes back. But her children will at the same time be homeschooled. Because Belle loves learning, so learning will never end for her children.
8. What is the most exotic dish you’ve ever tried? Did you like it?
Does a cricket in a sour apple flavoured lollipop count? And yes, it was delicious.
9. Do you want to live in a country other than your country of birth? If so, where and why?
Oh yes, definitely, this country is in shambles and I don't want to be here when it collapses. As for where...well, I'm fine with nearly anywhere, so I guess the location depends on where my Koibito would rather live or where either of our future jobs would take us.
10. Have you ever seen a movie or read a book that seemed to have a bad trailer/summary but watched anyway and ended up liking? What is it?
Well....not exactly, I remember grabbing the book A Kingdom of Dreams from a B&N shelf and saying once I read the summary "hey, that's what I dreamt about last night!" I was a kiddy then, begged my mom to let me half it. She had never read it but figured it looked okay for a kid. Turned out to be porn which threw me off and made me put it aside for a few days, but I was so curious that I finished reading it and loved it/
11. If Belle’s mom was ever to be cast on Once Upon A Time, who do you want the actress to be?
I don't really...KNOW actors and actresses. I don't really pay attention to them. And usually after I've watched their work I never think think about them again. There are a few exceptions, Johnny Depp, Robert Carlyle, Ming Na, Alexa Vega, Alex Kingston since I met her. But I would have to search through whatever lists of actresses there is to answer this question and I'd rather not.
