Whumpee being on a few months of recovery after being rescued from captivity where they were brutally tortured, only to then be confronted by Whumper in a random battle and just completely be taken back. Whumper approaching them and their friends, gathered around and Knowing Who This Is but unable to move because Whumper is so close to Whumpee now and if they even try and attack Whumper it could spell certain death for Whumpee. So they watch as Whumper stalks up to Whumpee, who has frozen in their tracks, eyes locked on their past tormenter and wide as a dear in headlights.

Whumper reaches Whumpee just two feet in front of them, sharing the same air. They look at Whumpee from below their lids

"Kneel."

Whumpee falls instantly too their knees, eyes glazed over in fear and unwilling submission. Their friends watch, horrified; Whumper circles them, trailing a hand to cup under Whumpee's chin and Whumpee is visibly shaking.

"Still so good for me, Whumpee."

Whumpers voice is nearly a purr. They wrench back Whumpee's head to look at them and a tear streaks down Whumpee's cheek. Whumper smiles.

"Let's show your friends just how good you can be for me, yeah? I'm sure they would all love to hear your beautiful screams. Open."

Whumpee opens their mouth immediately, almost instinctually. A flash of metal, and Whumper drags a knife down the front of Whumpee's chest. They cut through cloth, exposing and ripping anew the mess of scars on Whumpee's front, evidence of Whumpee's past musings.

From Whumpee's mouth, ajar, comes a piercing shriek, underlied with so much fear and pain of present and past that Whumpee's friends flinch away.

Finally, one of Whumpee's friends lurches forward, engaging Whumper in combat and forcing them away from Whumpee. Whumpee kneels there, trembling but somehow still upright. The other two friends come forward, one of them cradling Whumpee's cheeks and coaxing them out of their haze. Light returns to Whumpee's irises and their eyes fill with tears.

The duel rages behind them as Whumpee sinks to their hands and knees, pressing their head into their friends chest as they sob. Their tears mix with drops of blood on the ground below them and their friend places a hand on their back uncertainly.

Even when their friend wins the duel and Whumper flees, all of them know that they hadn't really won anything at all.

Harry Potter OC #2 - Araki RIkuto

And so the Harry Potter series continues... I don’t have a drawing ready this time, but I probably will very soon. Enjoy!!

Age: 17

Hair: long and ginger, she usually likes to tie it in two braids and to wear a red headband

Eyes: brown and almond-shaped

Distinguishing features: freckles on her face and shoulders

Extra info: even though her immediate family is mostly Asian, her father’s side of the family is characterized by various cultures. That’s why she and her siblings have more of a “western” appearance.

Rikuto is the second oldest of four children. She has an older brother called Jun'ichi, a twin brother named Atsushi and a younger sister called Rio. Her mother is Ito Junko and her father is Araki Hideyoshi. Rikuto and Atsushi are not identical twins. He looks more like their father while she is more like their mother: bold, stubborn and full of energy. Her father is a very famous auror, but Rikuto doesn't like to act smug about it. She would much rather be seen for her own achievements, but she doesn't hide the fact that Hideyoshi is her father. She gets along best with her older broter Jun'ichi.

Rikuto spent the larger part of her childhood with her uncle Chihiro as her parents were always very busy and needed the extra help with their children. To this day she still brags about being uncle's favourite niece. Spending time with him while observing his excellent work with magical creatures taught Rikuto how to solve any sort of problem with calm and ease.

On her first year of Hogwarts she was sorted into Gryffindor and immediately made a bunch of new friends. Her brother Atsushi ended up in Slytherin instead, but that never put a strain on their relationship, since Rikuto's mother always taught her to be respectful and not judgemental regardless of skin colour, religion or house. At the end of the day Atsushi was still her brother and she loved him.

Rikuto is particularly gifted in Defense against the dark arts and Charms.

Jun'ichi and their cousin, Takara, often go around the school pulling pranks on the stdents and they usually bring Rikuto along with them. That's probably one of the reasons why she and Ridley get along so well. Other than pulling pranks and hanging out with Ridley, Rikuto also spends her free time with Atsushi and his best friend Sebastian.

When her little sister Rio finally came to Hogwarts, Rikuto always made sure to keep an eye on her, but she never invaded her personal space because of it.

Since she was just a little girl, Rikuto has always dreamt of becoming a famous auror like her father, but after seeing more of her uncle's job as a caretaker for magical creatures, she is not so sure of what career path she should pursue anymore...
