Also have you thought of ways to shorten it? Like R.I.L. or interlib? So that it's clearly a stance and not mistaken for a perisex person claiming to be intersex?
Yes you can, and you should I think.
Personally I've never seen it shortened to an acronym, but RIL has a nice ring to it tbh. I've seen the term interliberationist already used by a few activists.

Ril! They’re the player character of a single player ttrpg I started - I really need to find the time to progress their story!
The game system is Koriko, where you play as a witch who leaves their village for a year to try and find a new place to become the village witch of.
Ril comes from Breccia, a small town in the desert. They’ve always had the eyes of the village on them. They’re starting their journey a year later than most witches after a disaster that they caused last year.
They landed in Koriko, a northern icy village.

These two in non cannon are called Sheraz and Ril the one with the weapon is a guard among the Ogla and she earned her name and the other is Ril a representative of women among the Ogla all in non cannon of course
And here is the last Kazon woman seen on screen she is also armed compared to the Nistrim the Ogla Sect are more progressive as least in the first episode
