What shape does your pain take? - Rilnei Voidheart

Rilnei has been traveling a lot but he has still not been able to escape the shadow of his parents’ death and his breakup and honestly? this is so spot on its weird. His loneliness and depression over this ended up inviting the void

I am actually surprised that fits Rilnei a lot; he has always been very caring since he was a child and as he grew older, he tried his best to maintain this trait. Despite this, he is actually more guarded than before because he feels like people always use him. He is always nice and attentive to people who approach him and if his help his needed, he will give it freely for as long as he is needed. He is always doubting his priesthood and his interactions with the void which got worse after the Ren’dorei made themselves known.

💚Are they prone to jealousy?

It honestly depends on the situation. He was afraid that Etris would eventually lose his affection for Rilnei and he’d worry about that but he didn’t feel out right jealousy. He tends to worry that people will find some one better than him and that festered into “I am replaceable”.

🔮Do they believe in soul mates?

No he doesn’t. Well, he never thought about it really. He only has one serious relationship and a few casual ones to use as references and all of them needed work on his part. His ideology is more along the lines of “If it is meant to be, then it will happen”. 

📺 Do they share information about their relationships freely with friends and family?

Well, his family is dead and he’s a travelling loner so he doesn’t have anyone to share anything with. When he was with Etris though, he never did anything to hide the fact that he was dating Etris. He doesn’t share information but at the same time, if people see and/or find out, he perfectly fine with it. Maybe a little happy about people seeing him with some one too.

Rilnei Voidheart - He doesn’t know what to do with this life. He has tried settling down and becoming a scholar but that did not work out for him. So far, he has been fine with offering what little of his priesthood training he remembers but he only does this when he absolutely has to. 

Etris’hal Bloodrider - He is one broken man at this point. He has built his life and ideology around pride and at this point in his life, he has burned all the bridges with people who cared for him and there is no turning back. He is tired, ailing and lonely. 

Ferahal Gorethroat - He secretly enjoys learning about everything around him. He remembers almost everything from his time in the Scourge army and almost nothing from his time as a living night elf; he is literally learning to live all over again. He gets a lot of sensory overload in cities but the nature and the wilds? Fav thing ever. He has a special love for druids deep down because of their affinity with nature but he will never admit that to anyone. 

Dakariel Morrowgrave - He has a LOT of hatred towards his own death. He hates everything about him but that somehow transformed into a narcissistic pride?? He basically does everything out of spite at this point. 

Dantalon Felfury - He is such a clueless man; he is very emotionally stunted and has a hard time trying to understand what the people around him are feeling. Before joining the Illiari, he was always a “go with the flow” guy, taking things one at a time. After merging his soul with an Annihilan, it has gotten worse. He chooses to use aggression in most cases to deal with things. 

Nihael Lightvale - She will flirt with anyone and everyone. She doesn’t have a single ounce of prejudice towards the other Horde races in her heart. She loves the attention a lot and she is not shy about it either. She will do it in the most innocent way, choosing to conduct her everyday conversations with a slight smile on her lips, rolling eyes and cutting humor. 

Elrien Duskwind - He hates his only living family member, his sister Noyna. He can’t stand to be around her anymore and almost considers her dead at this point. 

Aldaera Sunpath - She hates the blood elves for what has happened to her. She misses her home so much but at the same time thinks of Lor’themar Theron as a narrow-minded fool for choosing to kick the Ren’dorei out of their home as opposed to celebrating them for finding new ways to strengthen their race. 

Do’kahen Rivermane - This guy is a virgin. He is so reserved and shy its unbelievable. He is too honest and trusting for his own good and the few relationships he did manage to have ended in the early stages mostly because he came on too strong and eager. 

Indren Annor - He recently discovered that his personality of actually very reserved. He has always had to lead a very boisterous and public life among the Loyalists in Suramar city and he HATES every single day of it now. Because of this, he has developed a newer respect for his parents and he marvels at their tenacity now.

★ - Rilnei actually LOVES women of other races. He grew up with a mother who was a Farstrider Ranger Captain specialized in hunting trolls and he has always admired strong women. After going to Orgrimmar the first time, he was completely floored by the orc, troll and tauren women. Even the goblin ladies with their feisty attitudes seemed like they were stronger than him and he came to admire them; it almost felt like getting a piece of his dead mother back to him.

★ - After finding out about the Ren’dorei, he actually couldn’t believe that his fate was not the same as them. While most Ren’dorei became such because of their meddling with the Void while trying to study it, Rilnei’s Void influence was only made strong after his abandonment of the Light followed by the feelings of immense loss. He had very little defenses against the Void which crept up on him because of the absence of the Light. He still does not know what stopped him from going Void mad. 

★ - He is so quiet. He was always a somber child, clinging on to his father a lot especially when his mother was away on her Farstrider businesses. His father tried his best to get Rilnei to interact with other children but he mostly kept to himself a lot. He didn’t even share much of what he was thinking/feeling unless his parents coaxed it out of him. This trait would make it so much harder for him to grieve his parents and then Etris leaving him.
