I see oushi as parent or teacher to Yuki, making sure she fits in normal school.

Oushi is not being ass to yuki but want make sure Yuki is independent on her self and not get into bullies in school. He saw Yuki was bullied in past, he do right for her as parents or teacher over her. He better than itsuomi to help some be strong on their self, itsuomi is sweet and protective. Oushi make Yuki strong and independent on self how watch for bullies.
