Because Touma just can't go to the poles and cool off when he has a business and writing stuff to do.

I feel you 😭 It's actually rained a few times here in Manila, but when it rained quite hard as I went home today, lots of people got caught by surprise and were stranded with no umbrellas. And it's still so warm even then

My own hc is that ever since Rintaro got Tategami Hyoujuusenki (aka: sexy ice lion merman form) he is quite cool to the touch- like, his body temperature feels as cold as ice-water, even though he feels completely normal/not sick. So Touma just demands Rintaro cuddles while he's writing to keep cool during the summer 😂 He has to share with Mei and Kento, of course.

It's the opposite in the winter- Rintaro's the one freezing, while Touma runs hot like a furnace, so Rintaro cuddles with Touma to stay warm, especially if they're at the SoL bases.
