I actually have two WIPs with this, so as the first one to send me an ask, I'll send you both sentences.
From Wantons light of heart Part 3: To see you eat in the middle of the night (It's Friday I'm in love):
“Nope. When he visits, he doesn’t stay past supper at the latest. That was the stipulation. One of them. He might hold the deed to this place, but he can’t be here for extended periods of time where it might undermine what Emma and I are doing. Can’t give the students or other adults the chance to run to him when they think we’re not being fair,” Scott answered and sighed happily when Tony’s caresses returned to his skin. “No…after Charles moved out and Kate wanted a bigger room, she got Jean’s old room and Jean moved into Charles’.” (This is Scott explaining to Tony the bedroom arrangements at Xavier's when Tony goes to spend his first weekend with Scott there.)
From Outside the dawn is breaking (But inside in the dark I'm aching to be free), Part 1, Chapter 6: (part 1 is actually finished, but it's in the same doc as the rest of the story, so still all a big WIP)
And anticipating just that, Scott told him, “Nope. I don’t care if your healing mutation is that fantastic. Not without. Sorry.” He grinned even as he yanked Logan’s clothes the rest of the way off his legs and tossed them onto the floor, the heavy belt buckle making a much louder crash than he’d anticipated. Scott returned to sprawl across Logan’s body, his hand sinking into the thick landscaping across his chest, chin resting on the back of his hand. (This is Scott and Logan getting ready to have sex for the first time ever, and it's at Emma Frost's family hunting lodge in the Berkshires where she's protecting them from Jean and Charles in this X-Men 3 Fix-it fic.)
