If your work planned you in for a week after your official last week just tell them that you already have a last week. You don't have to put up with that shit. Seriously they aren't following their own rules and trying to see how far they can go as soon as you point it out they'll try to scare you with authority and if that doesn't work they'll actually have to admit to being wrong. You're in the right here. Remember that.

I'll just point out that I was disproving your point of the European-wide age limit for driving, and motorcycles have little to nothing to do with F1-racing. I'm messaging because I don't understand your point. To me, it seems to be based on the presumption that he'll fuck everything up simply because he's young. Being young does not lead to not having skill. Training leads to having skill. Verstappen has had plenty of training.

Fair, but driving a road car has nothing to do with driving a Formula 1 car either. You are welcome to message me as much as you want, I have no problems with discussing this, nor do I have issues with people believing something else than me. 

And as I have mentioned: I am sure Max is a wonderful, awesome, talented driver. But he has less experience than what is optimal, and that is because he is young. He needs a couple of more years of training and experience before he should be put in a Formula 1 race. I hope that he will do greatly in his Formula 1 career, and I never meant for anyone to think I didn’t. So I am sorry I was not clear on that, my comments and opinions are purely based on the fact that I don’t think anyone under 18 should be put under that kind of pressure. 

I still believe and will even if he does well believe that he is too young, that anyone at 16/17 is too young to drive in Formula 1. It isn’t just about the driving, but the rest of the things involved in having a Formula 1 career. 

I am scared that he will make it so that kids at 16 will in the future start their Formula 1 careers, and that the damage that could (and probably will) happen in doing that will have consequences that no one wants.
