You’re talking about the fact that they switched actors for the main role (spartacus himself) at the start of season 2 right?? 

Ehh darling, you probably don’t know about this, but the original actor (Andy Whitfield) passed away after they shot the first season. His successor, Liam McIntyre, was personally suggested by Mr. Whitfield himself. 

I get that it’s very annoying when shows suddenly change actors, but this is obviously an exception, right?

LOVING IT. LOVING SPARTACUS TO HELL AND BACK. it has its flaws but i love all the characters and the story is SO GOOD. it's such a shame that the actor who plays the lead, died. T____T i wasnt sure about him at first but as the season went on he really grew into the role and delivered such great performances. now i'm obsessively watching interviews with him and feeling super fuckin' sad.

i'm starting spartacus: gods of the arena, next.

SPARTACUS!!!

going to miss Spartacus...it was a great TV show and what a great series it was. amazing finale. how they showed all the characters throughout the series in one big credit scene. So glad at the end of all the credits they had Andy Whitfied say "I AM SPARTACUS!!!
