I can smell this custody battle from 2 months away. Yikes. The line in the sand has been drawn, but at least I know where I stand on this one.

I think one of the reasons why I'm so shook up about my cousin's death is because we look alike. Looking at the pictures of her, I see myself and its a weird kind of de ja vu.

It’s 1 am and I should go to sleep instead of read and cry over the deaths of fictional characters. I should also not cry over my own life, because all around me things are so much worse.

Today, my 2nd cousin passed away in a car accident on the way to taking her child to the pediatrician. The child in the backseat, 11 months old, doesn't have a scratch on her, but now her mama's gone. My cousin was also carrying twins. Doctors delivered them after she had passed. They're at 30 weeks.

Please pray for Ashton and the family. She leaves behind her fiancé and now 3 children. She was only 19 years old.

Please, please, PLEASE don't text and drive.
