So it’s been a year- I AM SO SORRY!! gang I am so sorry omg I have so many unread DMs and Asks and not to mention AO3 I don’t even think it’s possible to respond to everyone. I don’t think I can even apologies enough for this like chat just cancel me this is my ukulele apology video for dropping off the earth (sorry not the time for jokes but I do joke a lot in distress… hence while Windwheel aster is full of them corny jokes) OKAY for people who just want to know if I’m going to continue Windwheel aster or not fear not your going to have to take that fic from my dead hands.
I technically never stopped writing Windwheel so technically it’s not on hiatus there’s just been many many issues. Which I will explain the ones I’m comfortable to share about here cuz yall deserve some explanation but for those of you who’d rather not read the tangent:

But for those of you who want some explanation…..
my irl life has been crazy both good and bad!
biggest one: I got into my dream school to learn Aniamtion and become a movie maker YAYYY. I actually started my freshman year as an offical aniamtion student back when chapter 22 was posted but everything was so fresh that I wanted to keep it to myself until next chapter (which… you see how that went considering I’m a sophomore now.)
One of the downsides to following your dreams is that it’s really time consuming and stressful, especially when you have 5-6 different professors asking you to hand draw animate bugs bunny while another has you learning industry CG software that looks as complicated as flying a plane and now my computer has crashed ((note: NOT EVEN JOKING WHILE WRITING THIS MY COMPUTER CRASHED MY 3D HOMEWORK NOOOOOO)) And as a sophomore right now im working on my student capstone or a mini thesis where I’m making my first fully animated short film which slowed my progress on writing a lot, everything has really and while I tried my best to write when I could unfortunately it hasn’t been enough and honestly I didn’t want to come back empty handed but it’s been a year and I don’t even have time to message people at all rn-
(On the bright side I’ve been learning a lot about writing methods in my story classes HEHEHEHEHE and hopefully my next fanart of venti will be amaze! If I ever get the time to draw again ;-;)
Besides that there has been other things through the last year that had put my writing on a hold. A major one being AI and the AI scrapings that has been happening to Ao3/ back when Character AI was super big I had a realization that if someone made anything about venti on an AI it was very possible my fic was scrapped for it and when ao3 got attacked Windwheel was one of the fics taken (even if the company deleted everything supposedly) that really did scare me and disgust me and I had to take a big break from writing back then: plz NEVER feed Windwheel into any AI, chat I’m in University rn and I still haven’t touched a chat bot I’m begging.
There’s also just been a lot of life things and mental health things and while I can confirm im still writing I can’t guarantee an update date. (or if I can even respond to everyone’s late DM/asks/ comments I’m so sorry SOME ARE SO COOL ASKS ABOUT OLD EVENTS BUT NOW THEYRE TOO UNRELIVANTE NOO (100% my fault ) BUT I WOULD LOVE TO YAP ABOUT Genshin ESPECIALLY NOW!!! FINALLY MOND UPDATE ?!?!?! ALSO VARKA I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND THE EXPEDITIONS REASONING FOR LEAVING IS SOOOOO PERFECT FOR ANGST GUYS I HAVE PLANS P L A N S )
so im really sorry but i will do my best to finish Windwheel and continue bringing cool stories to all of you when I can o77 (maybe one day my original animated stories will be made for all of you around the world too ! :> )
