doesn’t it just kill you that shonda literally planned merder’s last scene together so well, in season 4 when derek said the whole ‘wait for me , don’t move’ thing and then he walked away and season 5 opened with meredith finding out that he’d been in a car crash and he died , then season 11 happened and derek said that exact same thing and they kissed in the exact same way and meredith found out that he’d been in a car crash and that he was technically dead. Doesn’t it just kill you that it was literally foretold 6 seasons ago and here we were happy little munchkins cause they got together and that season 5 opening was just a bad dream but now it isn’t a bad dream and its real and he’s dead and he’s not coming back and oH GOD.

Well I finally watched it..

Even knowing what happens, there was no preparation for the shock. That was horrible

have you ever had that one fictional character's death you were so obsessed with and hurt you so bad that a part of you died with them that sometimes you were doing nothing at all like having lunch, taking a shower or washing the dishes and suddenly you just remember and you start crying

i don't know about you but since derek shepherd's death, it's like a part of me is gone
