My sweet, fun & talented high-school friend Kevin Michael Cochran lost his battle with cancer today. I haven't seen him for many years but it was nice to be able to stay connected on Facebook and exchange a note now and again over the years...a while back he shared this drawing that he drew of me in high school. My heart hurts that such great, amazing, big hearted people take their our life. Suicide is such a touchy subject but we need to talk about it and make people understand they aren't alone. We have to reach out to one another to remind ourselves and everyone around us that we aren't alone. Not one person on this planet is alone. If you see someone or can talk that someone is in a bad mood, just even doing someone as simple as saying hello can make a difference. Do, not just me but everyone a favor and make an effort to reach out to people. Make a difference and save a life.
