This is a fic I have had an idea/in the works since last December- I had meant to finish and post it in February, but that didn't happen... So far it's 2.7K but is definitely going to be much longer!

Be warned, this little snippet could be subject to change!! I'm gonna put the snippet under the cut because it is violent and has horror themes! Also, I use the term "slasher" as in a murderer, not necessarily because it's like the slasher movies haha...

Like seriously, this shit is dark- There is blood and gore.

You shrieked when a hand broke through the door and grabbed your friend by the top of his head. You watched helplessly as the gloved hand shaped like a claw began squeezing down on his skull, making him scream at the top of his lungs. His eyeballs began to bulge out of their eye sockets, and his face had a mixture of pain and fear. He tried to grab the wrist of the hand to pull it off his head, but that only made the process quicker.

The claw began squeezing tighter and faster, making him scream again. You watched in horror as his skull gave way under the pressure, and the claw crushed his head with a sickening crunch of bone and a splatter of blood. You had to look away at that point to avoid seeing the bits of his brain. You got down on your hands and knees to hide or find a place to hide before the masked man found you.

You heard the door get kicked down and another sickening crack of what you guessed was the masked man stepping on Paul's dead body. A new wave of panic flooded your system, and you scrambled to find someplace to hide in the room. You crawled on all fours, trying to hide from the masked man's sight, looking for any place to hide from this monster of a person. The sound of slow, heavy footsteps rings in your ears, and you start moving faster. You reach a corner of the room with metal lockers against the wall, one of which had fallen on its side. You crawl over to it and begin to try to unlock it in desperation, tears starting to roll down your face.

You didn't want to die. You weren't ready to die. Memories of your life flashed before your eyes. The very first birthday you remember, childhood family trips, personal hobbies, boys you had crushed on, the joy you felt at your high school graduation, being accepted into college, being hired to work at the flower shop, all of it, and it felt like all those memories were about to be destroyed.

The sound of footsteps stopped next to you and your breath hitched. You expected to feel a hand grab the top of your head, but instead, a gloved hand soaked in blood was offered to you, like an invitation to help you stand up. You stopped trying to open the locker and stared at the hand. Stiffly, you turned your head to look at where the hand came from, and to your horror, there stood the masked man. He had leaned down to be face to face with you, his other hand behind his back as he waited for you to take his outstretched one like he was trying to be a gentleman. 

"How about we go somewhere cleaner to talk, hm?" he softly requested, causing you to flinch and face to pale.

This is a very long rabbit hole because I've been on and off writing fanfiction since I was around 13, but basically I found a pin on pinterest about a fanfiction for Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons that lead me to a fanfiction writing app/website (I dare not say the name lol)
