He usually can't fall asleep unless he's lying flat on his back. Of course, he tends to have trouble falling asleep or having restful sleep at all, but that's beside the point. Sometimes if he's really tired he kind of curls himself around his crumpled-up sheets, but that's only if he's had a really exhausting day.
Entering the alleyway nestled between two bustling restaurants, Mami knows she is in the right place when eager body brushes against her calves. Reaching down to pet her feline friend, the schoolgirl's bag slinks off her shoulder and she withdraws a can of cat food.
"I know, I know. You're hungry, aren't you?"
She twists off the lid before scrapping the meat product onto a plate.
"Here you go~"
Despite finding quite the location for himself where he could live off of people's leftovers, not everyone was fond of their furry visitor. Some found the cat more of a nuisance than anything else, especially when he found his way into the kitchen! Frankly, the only thing stopping her from adopting the stray herself was Kyouko's permission. With everything going on in the city as of late, it just never felt like the appropriate time. . .
The sound of footsteps, however quiet, alert Mami to the presence of another at the entrance. Someone was looking in on them.
"It seems I've been caught red handed,"
Rising to her feet, she faces a young woman with long, dark hair. Blake couldn't have been much older than herself.
"Would you like to meet my friend?" she smiles at the tabby who now approached Blake with a curious prowl, "He won't bite."

Twenty feet. 609.6 centimeters. That was the furthest distance he could stray from the group if he so chose. He was bound emotionally, mentally, physically, to these people he had never met. How had they ended up bound? Were they all in the same place in the supermarket when they were taken? Did they pass each other on the street? Why was this group chosen?
Whatever the reason was, they were in this together and he had to do his part to make sure he and his comrades made it to the center alive, or, in the worst case, die trying.
Izuru turned to his group mates, feeling a mix of his and their apprehension and confusion through the bond. It was a short while before anyone spoke.
"...Kamukura Izuru. And who are the rest of you...?"
Hastily covering her… self with what she could with her limbs, the beet red vestal squeaks out an apology. “I-I didn’t know this bathroom was in use, I-I’m sorry!!!”
