SORRY — not me forgetting i had this like the airhead i am 💜
17.) Who is the person they hate most in the world?
I’d have to say her father. He abandoned their family on the day of her older sister’s funeral without so much as a single word, and never tried to fix things with Julie afterwards, or even contact her. It’s not a relationship she could ever look back on with fondness.
31.) Does the character worry about their place in society?
When she was at The Sanctuary? Absolutely not. She was extremely comfortable in her position, and didn’t question it for a second. The moment the war is over, though? That’s a whole different ball game.
In her main canon, she finds herself halfway across the country in a camp full of people who don’t know who she is or what she’s done, and she makes the decision (...technically, Dwight makes it for her while she’s unconscious and possibly dying, but...) to conceal her past from them for quite a while. There’s no pretty way to explain what she’s done, so she avoids doing so for the longest time in fear of being kicked out.
39.) How do they react to criticism?
There’s very few people she’d even entertain the idea of accepting criticism from. If you’re not one of them? She’ll just ignore it, full stop. Criticism from someone she holds to a high regard (Negan, for example) will hit her hard, though. She’s a bit of a people pleaser for the ones she loves, and will fixate on “correcting” whatever behavior displeased them. She needs to be liked by the people important to her or it’ll drive her a bit crazy.
