LDPE rises slightly on weekly marker
LDPE has posted a mild weekly gain and is now sitting above the most recent month baseline in the Ahmedabad series. The longer timeline still shows higher anchors at three and six months, making the current print a useful dated checkpoint.
Ahmedabad assessments show Rs 124/kg on 19 February 2026, up from Rs 123/kg on 12 February. Indian LDPE prices are also above the fortnight reference of Rs 122.5/kg on 5 February and the month marker of Rs 122/kg on 20 January. On wider comparisons, the three-month timestamp is Rs 126/kg on 21 November and the six-month point is Rs 129.5/kg on 21 August, while the year-ago same-date reference stands at Rs 126/kg on 19 February 2025. Over the recorded period, the high is around Rs 130/kg and the low is Rs 122/kg, placing current values closer to the lower side of the year’s data. This keeps LDPE prices in India below the longer anchors even after the weekly rise.
