“ Anna is a Filipino mother of two who won Permanent Restraining Order, and legal and physical custody for her two children in 2013 after alleged molestation by their father. In 2014, the custody was turned over to the father despite Anna’s lack of legal representation. Since then, Anna has been fighting for the protection of her children. Anna is now facing charges of kidnapping and is risking three to 13 years of imprisonment for merely protecting her children.”
