I wouldn’t say worse...but you would feel it very strongly and prominently especially if your Pisces planets are 12 degrees and lower. You need lots to do to nourish your mentally active moon. Idleness and stagnation and not having a communicative outlet is your worst enemy. Always need to be learning something. And feeling that you can connect. Pisces can have a tendency to escape but use that positively like learning something that requires being creative, maybe even music, any art form, or writing etc. Combining the details and question oriented moon with the creative sun. ✨

Well I think it gives a gentle and intriguing appearance to them. They can come off as creators, daydreamers and are compassionate. Very imaginative and chameleon like as Pisces rising can mirror and shape shift. A lot of actors and artists have that placement. You might be attracted to a more stable and earthy person.
