It had been an offhanded comment, one never meant to offend.

Totoko-chan, you couldn’t scare a babe! Totoko-chan, I bet your halloween costume will be so cute! Totoko-chan--

“I’ll show them scary! Hmph!”

She slams her fists together, and she’s practically foaming at the mouth. How dare they underestimate her? She was plenty scary! In fact, she’d wear the scariest costume she could think of! But first, she needs an unwilling partner...

“Choromatsu-kun! You’re going on a Halloween date with me!”

That’s right! For Halloween, she’s going to go as the most terrifying thing in the world.

A happy couple. Dun dun dun...!!!

Family

I mean, what’s there to say about family that hasn’t been said already? Needless to say he’s really attached. There’s nothing else that matters, really. He’s pretty unhealthily dependent. Ah well.

Timeout (resting habits that they take up after being stressed)

Sleep sleep sleep sleep sleep! No joke, he sleeps at least twelve hours a day. He doesn’t get stressed very often, at least, but just doing things can be so exhausting, right?

Breakfast (What do they love to have for breakfast?)

I think he pretty consistently goes to rice and fried eggs with maybe some ginger on the side. But he’d never make such a complicated (?) meal for himself, obviously. In Stella City he’s probably more of a sugary cereal and milk kind of guy.

Ice cream (What’s their favorite flavor/ dessert–if they seem like the type to not like ice cream?)

I feel like Osomatsu likes vanilla! It seems kind of basic and boring at first, but it’s so sweet and really versatile! Really the only kind of ice cream for sundaes, after all. He’d load his up with hot fudge and too many sprinkles for one human being to stomach.

“You’ll find your place in this world.”

It wasn’t too often that Osomatsu would confide his worries to anyone, much less his younger brother, but in a stream of confidence it had slipped out, his anxieties of being lonely or useless or bored or lost. It was a terrible mistake on his part, now Choromatsu was trying to comfort him. He appreciated the effort, but.... it still didn’t sit with him.

“You know what? I think I’ve already found it,” he says, his disposition making a near-instant 180. He wiggles down on the barstool, and gripping his beer with two hands, grins at the younger brother. “Right here on this barstool.” Osomatsu laughs it off, just like any other joke. But it’s pretty sad if you think too much, isn’t it?
