So if anyone remembers that Risitas meme from back in the day where there was this Spanish guy being interviews and got famous for his outrageous laugh and people started making fake subtitles of the interview as a meme? (I think the video went viral around the mid 2010s?) I know it’s not as famous as now but I was looking back on it and thought it was so funny and I want to make a meme for it that was Dan and Phil-themed. However, I am having trouble coming up with what scenario or lore moment in the phandom to use for the meme? (Sorry I’m having trouble describing this lol😅)
