Thank you so much. You all have been so forgiving and gracious throughout this whole escapade and I’m forever grateful. 

I hope that Nick lad who won the contest has a good time tomorrow night. I have no ill will towards him. Just a spot of jealousy.

The past few days have been ridiculous. Thousands of votes had gone in for me from my followers on all my social media platforms, my whole town and school has been rooting for me and voting massively, and it was for nothing. I’m still in negotiations with the stations team for how terrible this thing was (like, for example, the voting pages are STILL up even though I explicitly pointed it out and they have no clue why its still there). If the voting had been extended one day, I would’ve been placed at first. But we’ll see if a miracle happens.

It hurts. But I had a healthy amount of tears and played music with good, kind friends for a few hours so I’m feeling much more grounded and less miserable now.

 Tomorrow will be pretty terrible cos the event is actually happening and I won’t be there despite all of my and your best efforts, but life goes on. There’s literally nothing I can do, so I’ll try not to dwell on it too much. Thank you truly.

not creepy at all, i got a mail from the newsletter saying they’re playing at Oslo in Hackney, london, tomorrow evening and the tickets will be on sale tomorrow morning at 9am!
