One, thank you for the compliments, but more importantly, two.... asian eyes are honestly the biggest pain in the ass ever. Like just... full of no. Also I have a round face, so cheekbones are compliments of poor lighting in this photograph haha.
Hi! I was actually wondering--how does one get into rp? I mean, I have a character in mind and I was just wondering how do I get started with that, exactly?

part one: totally flattered that you asked me this I hope I can help
part two: I started by joining a closed RP group. There’s only one person/blog per character, and that makes it a lot easier to keep track. It mostly ensures interaction, but there’s a lot more control over what does or doesn’t fly. It’s a different experience to indie RP, and might help a bit with learning. Totally up to you.
part three: canon VS oc
Either way, getting your character laid out is important. People would expect more background/information for an original character since there isn’t something they could’ve watched, read, played, or listen to to help them understand the character.
part four: the legend of the bad!anon
Sadly, anon hate does happen, and working past it, doing your best to not let it get to you, is the best you can do. Once you get started, you’ll pretty quickly land one or two people you regularly interact with and you’ll be able to lean on them (mun to mun) if things get too heavy. Remember, you might be playing character to character, but behind every muse there is ALWAYS a living, breathing mun with emotions and feelings and everything. Never forget that. :U
part five: I hope that helped as a bit of a starter, and there’s a myriad of people all over who will answer the question differently than I would.

1. I love Allison and was sad to see her get manipulated by her piece of shit grandfather like that.
2. I liked Erica before she turned, hated her after she was turned, then loved her once she came back down to earth. That scene with her and Allison definitely made me change my mind.
3. My favorite character is a tie between Melissa McCall and Lydia. Melissa because she reminds me so much of my mom and Lydia because she’s so smart which makes me hate Jackson because she feels the need to dumb herself down in order for him to love her.
4. See above, and when he kept breaking her heart with wanting his key back even after all the shit she did for him, smh. He’s such an egotistical arrogant bastard, literally.
5. At first I didn’t but the scene where he comes back to protect her from Allison made my ship sail lol.

One of my worst fears is losing my friends because even though they’d want me to continue living and find happiness, I wouldn’t be able to make it through a day let alone my whole life without any of them.
