We need YOUR help to stand up for forests! The Boreal forest is crucial habitat for threatened and endangered species, such as the woodland caribou. It also plays a critical role in the fight against climate change. But unsustainable logging practices are destroying pieces of this forest every day. We need to put an end to this. Rite Aid, the third-largest drugstore in the country, is buying millions of pounds of paper from a company linked to destructive logging operations in endangered forests in the Boreal but the company doesn’t seem to care about being involved with this type of destruction.
