its @garak lol i realized a while ago that people think the phrase "tumblr user garak" in my description means my name is garak which makes me laugh so i never changed it. i guess with my meet the artist thats a moot point now but still i'd like to think people associate me first and foremost with being a lizard alien superspy whos also a haughty old queen. like i think it gives you a good sense of my personality

thank you teehee ive been enjoying drawing them. stylistically its nice that this is coinciding with my ongoing ukiyo-e obsession, i owe a lot to koryusai kunisada and kuniyoshi for how my art looks right now lol. i post a lot of my inspiration on my ukiyo-e blog @nishiki-e so go experience the beauty of the real thing too… i am but a humble follower of the true masters

i would tag it given sayos character in its self is a spoiler

tagged, but i would argue that's not necessarily true since we learn shannon's real name is sayo pretty early on, so the existence of a character named sayo who is a servant in the ushiromiya household who looks essentially the same as shannon doesnt necessarily constitute a spoiler. if anything i would say the existence of belne is more of a spoiler lol
