There are only a few dozen bottles left of our 2017 Bianco - a blend of Slankamenka Bela and Fiano. As much as we loved the sassy, salty Slankamenka, it made for a polarising wine and after 5 years we made the heart-wrenching decision to make no more following the 2017 vintage. . And then... a customer who fell besotted by the Bela’s exotic and sultry beauty (just as we did), penned this passionate little ode.
