Big fan of your One Piece work, as a multi-shipper myself, I love the exploration of the different AU's. My favorite is the Stinky Child AU--with that said, two things:
Will there ever be a time that the Strawhats find out about Luffy's being a Croco baby? You hinted at Robin being aware or at least suspecting but leaving it be because that's just how she is and she understands Luffy in a way no one else does. But curious on the other crew mates reactions.
I find it so funny that Doflamingo in every universe is thirsting for one of Luffy's parental figures, we wants to be their third so bad.

Yes, the Strawhats will find out! Jinbei is the first to find out, before he's actually a Strawhat and Robin would most likely figure it out during her two year stay with the Revolutionary Army. I'm not sure when the others will find out though.
I thought for a long time that Crocodile would want to keep it a secret for as long as possible mostly because I like the little bit of angst for Luffy that he has to keep this secret even though it's hard. Crocodile thought it was necessary to protect Luffy and therefore nobody could know, but after Marineford the world knows he's Dragon's son. Being Crocodile's son too is not going to chance anything.
So I think Luffy has permission to tell his crew, so it's just a question of finding the most random and chaotic moment for him to do so. After Wano, when he learns about Cross Guild might be one option when he has an exaggerated reaction to the sheer audacity of this news article suggesting that Crocodile would serve Buggy when Cross Guild was all Crocodile's idea!!
(I think Ace would also be temporarily on their crew - maybe he'd join by the time Luffy's on the Whole Cake Island rescue mission as he knows they'd be heading on to Wano, so it's possible he'd chat with Luffy about their family while they're travelling.)
(And yes, Doffy just wants to be involved :P)
