cw me being insensitive
sometimes i talk to people from countries that still have reds. or more often, from tainted countries. and i feel lucky.
I know people died. I know reds were gunned down when the boats were right there and letting them go to miolee would've given us all the same good consequences with none of the bad.
I'm still really happy to have the good consequences.
and i feel like i can't say that on here, it'd be like i was condoning all the bad shit that happened and i'm not, but
it's all over now. I can go to the top of the Pselei Hill and watch the sun go down on a truly clean country and it feels peaceful and beautiful and right.
weather looked neat today when me and m were walking from the train

(Different asker.) That's a really good argument in favor of not having reds anymore but it's not a good argument in favor of cleaning them as opposed to killing them. Rivik doesn't have anyone with hereditary pollution anymore and they didn't have to go to the expense of cleaning them.
@tohigherpurity
Rivik committed a selfish crime against the world and it took an international coalition, a coup, and new and fairly severe conditions to even partially repair the damage done.
Rivik’s myopic actions should be regarded no differently than a country that would violate population control treaties and then point to a happier populace and say it was an argument in favor. They have not found a method with less expense, they have selfishly and short-sightedly externalized the expense at great detriment to the world.
some pretty pictures from my first week at the new job!
(ooc: source for sunset lake, flowers, daytime lake, forest, moth)
(OOC: in reference to)
!!!!got the job!!!!
i’m moving to lake orosh now
well not the actual lake area, ofc, but i will have to move closer, the commute would be kinda ridiculuous from here!!!
eeee it’ll be so pretty and i’ll get to show off all the pretty things
I feel like people being upset at Blues dying in Rivik are missing the point. We take on power, but that also means taking on the ultimate responsibility for the consequences of what we decide. Without consequences politics would be just a game.
