I wish I could go to @immaireland to see the current Derek Jarman exhibition. I grew up on Romney Marsh (the larger area of Kent that houses Dungeness) and I became aware of Derek Jarman whilst I did my art GCSE studies. I would go to the local bookshop in Ashford to read through his book the Garden. Here are photos of me reenacting a scene from his film The Garden, taken about 13 years ago in the tides of Dungeness.
