He takes a moment to think about thisbefore answering. “Honestly, there’s no song in particular that I could call asmy ‘dancing jam’ because really, anything that has a sick beat and rhythm in itwould send me moving no matter the place and time. But now that I think aboutit I think it’s a seasonal thing for me, so it varies depending on my mood, I guess?Like how I’ve been jamming to High SchoolMusical’s soundtrack nowadays and some hip-hop songs a few months ago.” hesays and chuckles. He’s never thought of this as ridiculous before until now. “Butreally, who wouldn’t dance to the gang’s “AllFor One”?”

It’s been a really slow and boring day. If it weren’t for the scorching hot weather outside he would’ve ventured out to go to the mall but at the moment he couldn’t be bothered to get out of his room where the air-conditioner is on max and where his really comfy bed is. He was sure he’d start sweating the moment he stepped outside and as much as he likes taking a bath in summers he really doesn’t enjoy sweating – unless it’s from practice because it’s inevitable.

Sehun wanted to do something though. It doesn’t matter what just as long as it saves him from drying of boredom and that’s what sent him to scroll through his contacts to annoy convince someone to come over and play some video games with him or something, and for some reason he already knew who to call. He waits for the call to connect and grinned immediately when he hears the older answer the phone.

“Dino hyung!” he chirps. He probably sounded too excited to be normal but he couldn’t care less at the moment. “I’m lonely~ play with me~” he whines, making sure he pouts even when Jongdae couldn’t see him just so he could get that sad tone of voice right.

if you want a word to describe kim jongdae, the most appropriate would probably be 'dumb'. or at least, that's what he thinks as he finds himself walking through the park, dancing along to the chichi song blasting through his headphones and wondering why other passers by are giving him dirty looks. can't a guy enjoy a good tune in the park? what's wrong with that? of course, he doesn't stop. instead, he just puts on more of a show. moves emphasised. he's having fun — what's the problem?

After encountering a few crazy lunatics in Seoul, witnessing this dancing loony at the park did not surprise her too much. He seemed care free. Not embarrassed at all. Happy, even though he did come across as crazy. Minji envied him. How he was able to disregard others when there were many spectating this. The fact that the stares did not stop him put a smile on Minji’s face. 

He was within her vicinity. She got a first row seat to his “performance” and thought it would be waste not to share it. Pulling her phone out, she recorded him, uploaded the 15 seconds up on Instagram with a caption ‘dance like no one is watching’.

"uh, did you drop these?" jongdae taps the taller boy on the shoulder, holding up a pair of sunglasses between plaster covered fingers. "they look expensive, wouldn't want to lose them." he laughs softly. truthfully, he has no idea but the guy himself looks expensive so he figures it's a safe bet. he offers him a warm smile, one not too big for him to look too eager and not too small to seem not geunine. he's pretty sure the glasses are his, but he asks politely anyway. first impressions — key.

walking around with a limp isn’t as bad as luhan thought it would be. he can walk around like a douche without being called out on in it, and if anyone asked, he could tell them any gruesome story he wanted---he even told a little girl he got bitten by a lion and she ran away crying. (the best part, though, is that he feels closer to newt than he’s ever felt before.) another bullshit story is at the tip of his tongue when he feels a tap on his shoulder and he opens his mouth to speak, but the pair of sunglasses in the stranger’s hand throws him off and he laughs, mostly because he’d bought those sunglasses for seven thousand won at a gas station. “why thank you, my friend, you would be correct!” he nimbly swipes the object from the shorter male’s fingers and puts them on, eyes peering over them as they hang off the bulb of his nose and a smile to mirror. “how may i repay you, old chap?”

"this is the last time I walk your ass home, alright? you're sixteen, you should be able to walk yourself home without losing yourself." he grumbles, fully aware this will /not/ be the last time. "besides, what help am I going to be? so my muscles are bigger and i'd be much more helpful in a confrontation, and i guess i'm great company too, but no one takes kim jongdae seriously so you're basically still screwed." he rambles, arms waving wildly as he talks. "sehun? are you even listening to me?"

Tuning out Jongdae’s ranting had becomea habit of Sehun when they’re together like this. It’s probably the way he’srolling his eyes at Jongdae as the older spoke, or because he’s lookingeverywhere and outright not paying the other any attention. “No, of course I’mnot,” he replies with a chuckle, turning to face Jongdae and grinned at him. It’snot like he’s doing any of this on purpose (he is) but annoying the hell out ofJongdae is too much fun to let past so he does it every chance he gets – whichis all the time. “But what do youmean muscles? We’re noodle bros hyung don’t kid yourself,” he teased and pokedthe older on the arm to make his point. “Besides, it’s always safer to walk inthe dark with a dino hyung by your side,” he adds and he knows that one wouldprobably earn him a slap upside the head.

jongdae tries not to think about the fact that he's a 19 year old boy checking out books for toddlers, but it's worrying, thinking about the possibilities of thoughts for the other library goers and workers around. on one hand, they could assume he has a younger sibling, but they could also think much worse and placing them down onto the counter to check them out, he smiles bashfully and insists to the cute librarian, "I work in a daycare. the kids read quickly." just in case. "really quickly."

having been working in the library for almost two years now, elly had seen what not on the checking counter. she got used to it pretty quick so everything seemed normal to her. when she saw the male walking towards the counter, she quickly got up from her seat, leaving the mug she was holding on the table next to her and walked up with a big smile that was slightly dropped by the quick yet strange statement. she tried to hold in her laughter as she nodded, logging the number of the book into the computer. “that’s good. not a lot of people read nowadays, let alone kids.” elly said with a smile and took out a bag to place the books in. “do you have a card for the library?” she asked and looked up at the boy, then turned her attention to the way she pilled the books into the bag. “or would you like me to make you one? also, you have two weeks to either return the books or come by and ask me to log them again.” she explained, just like she usual did.
