Glad you enjoyed it! ^^ Lots of RL stuff going on and trying to figure out career stuffs/taking classes part-time, so it’s been rather hectic. Thanks for asking after me, though! :D Moral support works great haha <33

On a lighter note of what I’ve been up to, I’ve started up an FFXIV art blog and began taking art commissions recently! Courtesy of an artsy friend who dragged me into the FFXIV pit haha. ^^” So, expect FFXIV drabbles sometime in the future, maybe? (If I’m diving into a fandom with few fics, y’all are coming down with me. xD)

Missed my goal of updating fics in October, sorry. orz Still working on writing when I can, though! Idk if I’ve mentioned it before, but the next ‘madness’ update is slotted to be a flipside of missing scenes from the Ace!AU and maybe a slight continuation of it post-Marineford.

Ooh, and feel free to prompt me if you’d like; sometimes I write tiny snippets, and that gets the muse going again. :3

Why is it so hard to get my hands on kids books in Mandarin and Korean?

I asked at one of the local Asian bookstores in Dallas and the lady just directed me to a section that was universally aimed at math or learning English.

I look online and get more of the same if I get anything at all.  sigh.  :-/

Look, my reading level is like 2nd or 3rd grader in Korean and kindergarten for Mandarin.  I need KIDS books.  And not math.  ew.

Also, the post-holiday hangover is real. I've eaten like, my bodyweight in delicious things, time has no real meaning because the days have blurred together and I'm here like, "it's Wednesday? Thursday? ...Tuesday?"

I really am so sorry for not responding to anyone here. It’s not like I lost muse or something like that or maybe some of you think that I’m not giving attention to them. NO. & to be honest I made this post for those who got the idea of ‘SHE’S IGNORING US!’ That’s not true! But I don’t know-- I just feel like I need to leave. It’s not like FOREVER. Ofc, it’d be onlyfor a short while & then I promise I’ll come back.

     UPDATE TIME: 

 this is generally for anyone who cares about my rl stuff or is with me on like a personal level. i got the hookup with a macbook pro, i just have to lease it. i get my refund in september, so i can pretty much just pay it off then. it is like 98$ biweekly until then, but it is literally taking off some of my stress and im so thankful. like i don’t get my book vouchers til the 18th and school starts on the 27th, but i’m literally crying bcuz my stress about getting stuff ready for school is just LESS. :))))

I really want that PvP/Prestige staff for Rou... but I am not sure I have the stomach to keep doing post-election BGs.

I’ve been sticking to PvP World Quests as much as possible and I haven’t listened to Trade Chat since TBC and avoided the forums for a few years now. So that helps.  

I’ve been using BGs to close the honor gap, basically.  When I’m close to another prestige level or don’t have enough PvP oriented WQs to do to get where I want to be. But fuck, whenever I do... it’s a 50/50 chance of hearing even more repulsive trolling than I usually do in BGs.  The kind you can’t exactly report either as they’re not using any words that are technically against the TOS. Certain words are an auto-report for me, I’ve report/blocked folks before BGs even started. But this... 

They really need to fix the cross-server problem with putting people on ignore. I use WoW as an escape, a break from RL stresses.  I’m a queer, disabled, afab activist who needs a fucking break once in a while, you know?  God. BGs can be fun stress relief sometimes... or they used to be.  I’d rather deal with road warriors than Trump trolls any day...my RL safety is not a fucking joke. It’s not funny. 

Part of me thinks I should just stop. Like, altogether. I’ve been wasting too much time and money on this hobby anyway for too many years and I’d probably be more productive in other parts of my life if I quit.

Other part says fuck these guys, people like me leaving is exactly what they’re going for. I love my characters and the sense of accomplishment I get from making my WoW goals. That I’ve already invested too much to walk away.

I dunno... I’m just fucking tired.
