“You have an absolutely amazing series! Love all your videos. I started with XHit and then went over to your videos. I never did exercise; I always hated it. I started last February, and I won't ever stop again. I got married 7 years ago and have two kids. I now look leaner and more fit than before the wedding! Thank you. Your videos are easy enough to follow and push me just enough. When I started I could only drop my legs about 30 cms. Could never lift them from the ground without my arms helping. To be expected after two c-sections, I think. But now I can do a full strong and controlled leg drop, and also all the bicycle crunches that I couldn't do. I feel strong and healthy.
