Green eyes fluttered open, staring at white ceilings, white walls, white curtains, the sound of the monitors the only sound in the room.

Blood, she remembered the blood, the pain, the darkened hallway.
"Remus!?" Frantically, she called to her husband, feeling her stomach. No baby kicked in response and her heart rate went up, the monitors started up, beeping frantically.
