AAAA I’m so happy you asked this because now I can introduce / talk about mine and @ladycomstock ‘s oc 😫

from the onset we both agreed that their (this is eleventh doctor x river baby btw) time tot would absolutely need a ridiculous name or moniker like all time lords have, so we went for their daughter being named “penultimate” as second to last of the time lords, shortened to penny (for that human side; eleven to me is the perfect mix of alien and humanity out of all the doctors, still aloof and foreign to earth but also fated to be intertwined with the pond family and their customs).

she’s as excitable, funny and lively as you’d expect eleven’s child would be — when she’s very little, she has river’s bright blonde curls, but when she’s near the end of being a toddler it’s darkened to a chestnut brown. curls / space hair still in order though! in our au river basically says fuck it and travels with the doctor full time because they have a family wah wah whatever @ paradoxes and the timeline...

so penny “grows up around” (they’re always out of time and sync after all but still) alfie aka stormageddon and they become besties (and maybe a little romantical one day). she loves playing football although she gets heavily distracted, her football shirt says two for penultimate. she loves being generally silly and ever since finding the fourth doctor’s abandoned rainbow scarf in the giant tardis closet, she wears it obsessively and it’s as comforting to a child as a blanket would be.

big mummy’s girl, gets upset when river calls anyone else “sweetie”, even though daddy playfully reminds it was originally mummy’s affectionate name for him. often in mummy and daddy’s bed as much as possible and I imagine eleven and river have a low bed and a dimly lit room with lots of vintage stuff in it, very homey and soft.

now when she’s an adult, we like to think she (somehow) gains access to her own tardis. maybe manages to grow one idk. honestly don’t expect we are sticking to any canon it’s all in fun but :-) we love the idea of her tardis’ chameleon circuit often sticking to a big grandfather clock where the hand is always frozen on eleven (signifying which incarnation is her father). penny feels a great connection as a last scion of gallifrey and especially what her father does; in his madness, he’s a warrior trying to heal people and space, right? like the time lords were meant to. so she becomes an agent of the shadow proclamation and gets her own fancy outfit (19th century inspired cloak and dress that looks suspiciously like the doctor’s tardis in its pattern)

of course calls amy nana or nanny and rory is gampa and they absolutely love having her because it fills that hole they lost when melody was taken as a baby, and man penny just looks so much like she might have (ignoring reincarnation and all).

AND oh my gosh I just realised how much we developed her and I am sorry but yes this is penultimate amelia song reporting for duty 🎉
