Not sure what that anon is talking about when it comes to Netflix. But it is very telling that a lead of a CW show, a network who is ALWAYS recycling actors, hasn’t been hired for anything else on said network.

You misunderstood. The cast from I zombie, mainly the lead, got a deal for a Netflix Christmas movie at the same time lizard got hers (I think someone else from I zombie also was on something else Netflix did) . It was part of the cw Netflix deal back then I heard, there was no casting. The reused rose (?) for a bunch and never hired lizard again (they meaning Netflix). I was trying to say that I'm pretty sure she burned her bridges there too if she's not worked with them again

I don’t know much about this show and it’s dealings but it makes no sense to me that a single show would get a Christmas movie (with the cast attached?!!!) out of a distribution deal. I tried to quickly google stuff but not a single thing came up. Unless you have some receipts on this I’m going to assume this is all incorrect and you’re misremembering. This whole thing is just not how things are done lol. Also they didn’t “reuse her a bunch”. It just got a part 2 and 3 lol. That has to do with ratings.

Doesn't Netflix also reuse their actors? They already used lizard and gave her zero other jobs, unlike the lead of I zombie who they kept hiring. I do wonder why that was 🤔
