Maybe it was age, maybe it was the fact that she always found herself more sensitive around the holidays, or maybe she was simply sick of the idiotic pirates on her crew, especially the one standing in front of her now who had been the cause of two of her men currently in custody, Nadia only just managing to talk herself out of handcuffs. She could excuse a lot, and maybe that had been her downfall, trusting in her crew, to the point they thought she were soft, to the point they could screw her over like this.
