KELLEN ; Kellen wouldn't understand flirting if it punched him in the back of the head. he is, for all intents and purposes, a himbo with extra steps lol. if he noticed, however, it would probably make him pretty happy! especially to see MC struggling the same way he would, it would possibly push him to be a little bit more confident with his PDA.

MELANIE ; Mel would find it so endearing. she would probably stifle a laugh every time MC tried to flirt, maybe gently give them pointers or just look on knowingly. it means a lot to her that MC would clamber out of their comfort zone just to flirt with her, it makes her feel special.

ROWAN ; I don't think they would be able to hold their laughter. he doesn't mean to make you feel bad! it's just so cute how MC is floundering like that. they love it, really, but expect them to poke a little bit of fun here and there. eventually he'll stop and give MC some pointers, but he sounds amused the whole time.

ARABELLA ; Bella...would probably struggle to believe that MC was trying to flirt, to be honest. eventually, once she's certain that MC is definitely trying to flirt, she's...a little confused. absolutely flattered! but confused. eventually, they just giggle, shaking their head. they won't fight it if MC flirts, however badly, even if they aren't quite sure why MC has picked them to flirt with.

Dominik: Wouldn't mind. He wraps his arms around you like it's the most casual thing in the world. Presses you against himself and rests his chin against your shoulder. "What do I owe the visit?"

Teht: Their mind short circuits but somehow they're able to keep their composure without showing how flustered they actually are. They clear their throat and look elsewhere but somehow their eyes are still drawn to your figure, almost involuntary; almost as if-- "Do you plan on staying long?"

Zet: baby. Their cheeks turn red and their body freezes. They don't know what to do with their hands and they forget how to breathe for a moment as they gulp down their nervousness. "Can I, ah," they ask breathlessly. "Can I help you with anything?" If it's deep in the relstionship it barely fazes them at all.

Miata: her face is a mix of amused and curious. Thinks you might have an ulterior motive for sitting on her. "Your bravery is commendable but I don't remember giving you permission to sit on my lap."

Narkis: I'm sorry to inform you that if you're in public and you're not sitting on him because of a dire situation of life and death then you wouldn't even have the chance to sit because he's either pushing your ass away or moving out of the way himself. This might change deeper in the relationship, however. In private it's a different story. He's very tender, kisses your scars if you have any and hold you all night long if you so desire.

Prisca: "Please don't!" she says immediately. Certain things make her feel suffocated and someone sitting on her lap is one of them. She might not say anything pre-relationship because she has a hard time saying no to people she's not close to. Sadly it's something she might never overcome as it is too much stimulation for her and she wouldn't be able to handle it. But considering that you're together now she can be more vocal about her likes and dislikes, what makes her uncomfortable etc.

Herian: they can barely contain their grin. "Would you look at that," they comment and wrap an arm around your waist. "How exactly do you plan on escaping now, hm?"

Shin: smirks and presses a kiss on your back. Their arms wrap tightly around your waist as their lips trail the soft skin up your neck. "I never thought you so bold," they sigh, close their eyes and bask in the pure bliss of your presence. "Not that I'm complaining."

Kalipso: they hope you can't hear the loud beating of their heart and the way their breath hitches every time you move, because -- oh God-- you do things to them. They gulp visibly as their arms slowly wrap around you to keep you steady. "You have bad eye for laps." ??? Just let them die. It will take them a while to accept that yes, you're an item. Yes, you love them and yes that's precisely the reason you're doing this.

Deoki: confused.jpg "Surely, there's enough space for you to sit elsewhere." It's more of a statement than a question but they don't push you away. Their arms wrap around you securely and they sigh as they press a kiss to your temple. They'll rub your back and let you sit on them for as long as you need. If you start kissing them they'll complain that they have other 'important things to do' but you know that they would have long left if they so desired.

What do the ros do if a frog jumps on em?

I think Kellen and Melanie are both delighted, Melanie outwardly and Kellen inwardly, because they grew up being little forest explorers.

Arabella would carefully set the frog back into the forest, by the water if she's near some. They have no problem with frogs, they just worry for the little critters' safety.

Rowan...probably wouldn't love them on his skin, but he wouldn't mind on clothes! They would still be released back into the wild ASAP though.

Being as anxious as they are, you'd think Bella would look, right? Wrong. Given her role as head priestess, and her consequent regular contact with the deities, Bella trusts them almost entirely (a faith she finds both reassuring and terrifying). If the deities say don't look? Then Bella isn't looking. Sure, they may tremble and cry the whole journey, murmuring prayers and reassurances, but they remain resolute until the end - and the smile on her face, and seeing yours, is worth every second.

KELLEN ;

He'd be tempted, I think, desperate to ensure your safety, but in the end? He wouldn't look. Kellen has the mind of a soldier, in the end, stubborn and well-trained - he'll follow his orders even if it kills him. Besides, if the deities aren't lying to him, how would he forgive himself if he ended up sending you right back to death? Kellen's joy isn't as visible as one might expect, but you do earn yourself a bone-crushing hug and a loyal shadow for the next...several months at least.

She doesn't trust the deities one bit. Not that she doesn't believe in them, not that she's too logical of a 'doctor' to believe them. No, Mel just...doesn't trust a word out of their mouths. She might try, for you, but in the end? She turns. Mel never forgives herself for that, not once, but she can't say she regrets it either, not entirely. It would've been out of character to trust a deity, so at least she stayed true to herself - even at the cost of her dearest one.

ROWAN ;

Well. I'm...honestly not sure about Rowan. I think it would depend a lot on how long you had been gone, how long you had been together, etc. etc. - also which deity of death was making the request. There are too many factors to consider. However: If Rowan does look - he would...honestly probably come join you, Rowan doesn't have much left to live for anyway, and if he's truly attached then...well, you are his reason. If Rowan doesn't look - if you weren't married before then you will be now. in fact, either way he would probably insist on another wedding (a renewal or something). then? you're going travelling, living life to the fullest (and never leaving Rowan's sight for too long again lol).

KELLEN ;

He blinks at the sudden gentle pressure on his cheek. He blinks again as you pull back with a mischievous little smile. Then, almost all at once, his cheeks burn with a blush so vibrant he might as well be glowing.

"You...what?"

He manages to keep his voice steady, though he still turns away before you can answer...but you don't miss the way he raises a hand to his cheek, touching the spot where your lips had met his skin, a tiny smile quirking at his lips when he thinks you aren't looking.

MELANIE ;

She doesn't seem to notice at first, letting out a soft hum as though you had said something. A couple more minutes pass before she seems to realise, letting out a surprised little giggle, a faint flush warming her cheeks.

"Hey, MC?"

You barely turn to face her before she's there, pressing a soft kiss to the tip of your nose as best she can. She doesn't wait for a response before walking away again, a skip in her step and a little more energy to her movements as she gets back to work.

ROWAN ;

His smile is immediate, bright and cheeky, but there's something beneath the expression. They look almost wondering, awestruck, like they couldn't believe you had given them even that small amount of affection.

"Cute."

He laughed, bright and sweet, not hesitating as he cups your face in his hands, rubbing your noses together gently.

ARABELLA ;

She squeaks, somewhere between flustered panic and genuine confusion, ducking behind a curtain of her hair. She's quiet for a while, fidgeting awkwardly with her sleeves, before inhaling sharply.

"T-Thank you..."

She murmurs, soft and genuine, hesitating only briefly before hooking your pinky fingers together and squeezing gently.

How would the ROs react if them and MC accidentally touch hands and MC becomes a blushing mess

Dominik: He wouldn't know, but if someone does tell him he becomes so smug and teases the MC about it.

Teht: It makes them feel giddy in a good sense. The idea that they have such an effect on you drives them wild.

Zet: They're blushing too once they realise that you're blushing. Has a soft smile on their face.

Miata: "The hell are you blushing for?" She comes closer to get a look on your face. Don't be fooled. She knows exactly what she's doing.

Narkis: He feels a bit uncomfortable because chances are that he doesn't want to admit to himself that he likes the idea of MC getting all flustered around him. Does his best to not touch you again lmao.

Prisca: She knows. But she doesn't say or do anything about it. Continues her day as per usual but thinks about it at night when she goes to bed and has a mini anxiety attack overthinking your relationship.

Shin: "Look at that pretty face," they grin. "No need to be shy, darling." Grabs your hand and intertwines their fingers with yours.

Herian: Much like Shin, they'll grin and hold your hand, but they don't say anything. Let their expression speak for itself.

Kalipso: Their heart flutters in their chest and they get flushed too before pulling themselves together and offering to hold your hand.

Deoki: Head empty. Only MC blushing. Wordlessly takes your hand in theirs and hold it so, so tenderly.

Dominik: Doesn't think much of it, although he is happy to have an excuse to be close to you. You've often shared a bed as kids so why does it feel so different now?

Teht: Grabs a blanket, lays it on the floor and makes themself comfortable there. Well, as comfortable as it gets. Will insist that they're fine but let's be real. They won't be getting a wink of sleep down there, especially since they've had a perfectly good and comfortable bed their whole life. If you offer to share they'll lie on their side at the very edge of the bed but at least they do fall asleep this time.

Zet: They don't usually sleep on beds anyway because they need to be alert all the time, so they take the chair if there's one or just sit on the floor. If you offer to share their face will heat up and they'll avoid your gaze at all costs. They do their best to not touch you and will 100% turn their back facing you because they're no way they can fall asleep with your pretty eyes on them.

Miata: Will go and ask whoever is responsible for it for an explanation. She never makes such mistakes when you need to travel so she's a bit pissed. Insists that you take the bed and that she'll be fine. If you end up sharing she'll have a hard time falling asleep and she doesn't understand why.

Narkis: spoilers!

Prisca: Will take the bed. Is reluctant to share, not because she doesn't want you near her; but she would feel so nervous that it would be impossible for her to fall asleep and she needs a precise amount of it to function.

Herian: Would be happy to share but they don't want to make you uncomfortable. Falls asleep without a problem. Tries their best to not cling on you during the night.

Shin: "Oh wow, look at that! How sad." They say in a cheery tone. "I guess there's no other way then. Shall we share?" Sleeps next to the bed, on the floor, if sleeping in the same bed makes you uncomfortable.

Kalipso: Uncharacteristically flushed. Just the idea of being so close to you makes them a bit nervious. Insists that you can take the bed but would happily share if you ask them to. If the latter happens, you'll probably end up talking more than getting any actual sleep.

Deoki: Forces you to take the bed. Will hear none of it. Says something along the lines of "I don't need much sleep anyway." or "I sleep a lot last night." probably falls sleep on a nearby chair or something.

Hello dear *looks at your description* S-shin. I hope you have a wonderful day too! I need to make a joke about this in game. People can call you Shin one and Shin two. Shin with horns and angry Shin. You could both hug Herian and make a Shin sandwich.

Dominik: snorts but pulls your face close and returns it with a grin.

Teht: they actually crack a smile. do it again and they'll giggle behind their hand.

Zet: blushes a bit because it's something new and it's so cute. they return it in a heartbeat.

Miata: she just kinda stands there, scratches her nose and mutters "cute." Don't think that's it. She'll tease you about it later.

Narkis: "What the fuck was that?" he grumbles and clicks his tongue. "Where'd you learn it?" Tries it on you later when he's sleepy.

Prisca: giggles and returns it with her own. might actually prefer these type of kisses over normal ones.

Shin: is a bit surprised at first, but then they smile, hold your face in their hands and do it back.

Herian: laughs and immediately returns it. then they press their forehead against yours and close their eyes, smiling.

Kalipso: you've done a mistake. that's their thing now. watch your nose back.

Deoki: they just blink and scrunch their nose. "...what was that?" Asks you later if you could 'demonstrate it once more'.
