ok but the rogue one team arriving at the rebellion’s base and bodhi has to take a moment when he first arrives because holy shit he really got out, he really made it, he’s doing the right thing and its So Much he’s overwhelmed and there is time for just A Moment for him to adjust
and rest of the team r sort of standing nearby cautiously in case they need to do something for him because this is A Big Moment for him and then a smile breaks out on bodhi’s face and he reaches out and grips at cassians hand and just says “thank you.”
and cassian doesnt smile but his eyes shine as he nods and says “welcome home.”
