Best Roach Spray Killers for Infestation
One of the most straightforward ways to kill the nasty pest is to use a roach spray. The advantage of a roach spray over simply swinging a magazine onto the roach is the aftermath of cleaning up. It’s also more accurate in getting the roach then it is to smack them with a rolled up newspaper or magazine. Thrust me, I’ve tried multiple times and every time I thought I’ve got them, they somehow survived my swing.
Having tired a few brands, these are my recommendations for anyone looking for a quick review on roach sprays. Found these products from here:
Roach Spray 1) Raid Cockroach Spray Killer
Raid has been in the pest killer industry for as long as I could remember. Their Spray typically cost between $8 to $12 and always has very high rating in Amazon and other pest product sites.
One advantage of Raid Spray is that the smell of the insecticide disappears quickly the smell itself isn't that bad as it contains lime aroma essence. The Spray is also highly effective in killing ants and even kill flying insects such as the flies and the mosquitoes.
Roach Spray 2) Ortho 0196410 Home Defense MAX Insect Killer Spray
This roach spray is best use for Indoor applications like in the home. Like the Raid spray, this product kills multiple pests like Ant, Roach, Spider, Stinkbug & Centipede too (over 120 species of pest infact). The spray use poisonous liquid that is sprayed with an aerosol. Price wise its very similar to the Raid spray selling at around $11 for a 24 oz bottle. Unlike the Raid spray, the Home Defense contains repellent essence on top of being a killer product.
These are the sprays I’ve tried so far and they both works effectively as promised and I would strongly recommend you give them a try. If I have to pick one out of the two it would be the Home Defense spray by Ortho simply for its repellent feature.
The downside of spray is of course, it kills roaches on sight by doesn’t get to the root of the infestation, aka the nest. To really get rid of the nest, try other roach killer methods like roach gel bait or Boric Acid. That is another topic for another post; do follow my blog for that article yeah.
