1 year throwback. Cool kids in the game!
Exactly one year ago we hit the water on the rocket with Sara for the first time together. Now, a year later, I am sitting at the same place and she is here with me. Looking back, at that time, I was in doubt if I will ever sail FX again. I was ready to move on to casual life. Thanks god I haven’t! Life sucked pretty much.
Since February we are cruising the European waters and if all works out, we will be soon sharing a 3-year-long journey. The past year has gone so fast, yet so many things have happened, it seemed to be more than 12 months.
So far, we have had good and bad days, ups and downs. Good days push us forward, bad days don’t matter as long as we get over them together. It’s impossible to express, how glad I am, I can follow my sailing dreams again. Especially with that awesome, tough, cheeky, but definitely a cool kid.
Amazing stuff is yet to come, I believe. Special thanks to our parents and all the kids around us, who really mean it.
