Roadie Street Team Info CMA FEST 2014
It's almost time for CMA Fest 2014, and you know what that means! We are excited to announce this year's opportunity to help promote up & coming country duo, Two Story Road. We need your help getting the word out about all of the fun and exciting events they will be involved in during this week. This year should be even bigger and better! Just like last year, we'll have flyers available to all Street Team Members that want to help out. These flyers will have information on the duo plus everything you need to know to catch Two Story Road around town during CMA Fest. Street Team Members will need to be able to devote at least an hour out of their week handing out these flyers around town during the festival (if not longer!) We need motivated, outgoing people to spread the word about their music and how amazing they are! In addition to getting a chance to promote the duo, Street Team members also get some ultra cool perks. ONLY Street Team Members will get a discount on merchandise being sold during the Fan Club Party. PLUS This year, Jamelle and Brandon have so graciously decided to have an event EXCLUSIVELY for Street Team Members only. What could be better than an ice cream partyl?! Games and photo props perhaps? This event will be held on Saturday, at 3pm CT at a secret location that only street team members will know of. That information will be sent to you once your participation has been confirmed. It's a party you won't want to miss! Although we'd be grateful for anyone that can help pass out flyers, due to the restrictions of the venue, only the first 40 people who register for the Street Team will get an invitation to the secret party on Saturday. For this reason, we ask that you only sign up if you know you can definitely help out and can pick up your flyers sometime that week. We'll be keeping track of everyone that does their part and you'll be invited to the event. There will be a few of us with flyers so once we get your information, we can decide where to meet, time, etc. In the event that you sign up and can't help out or do not pick up your flyers, we'll move to the next person on the waiting list so more helpers get a chance to attend the party. Also, last year we had a lot of people send emails to sign up in groups. To be fair & give everyone a chance at being in the top 40, each person must send us their own email with their information. We'll respond as soon as possible.
