I had like. idk some kind of anxiety/panic/attack thing yesterday due to Everything and saw and heard a lot of terrible shit from people I thought weren't nazi sympathizers, I work with a lot of centrists/right wing people, and i can't handle going back to work this morning bc i might have another meltdown and start crying. so i called out of work and i hate that im this fucking fragile.
